CANADIAN DAD VALUES LIFE AND IS AWARDED FOR HIS INNOVATATIVE SERVICE TO YOUTH

World Peace Amb Paul Nesbitt w/Amb Clyde Rivers

Canadian Golden Rule World Peace Ambassador, Paul Nesbitt was honored in Seattle Washington for his huge work and heart for keeping youth safe on the streets at night. He has formed and trained a collation of dads to transport kids on the streets to safety in the wee hours of the night. The kids know how to reach them and they are “on call” during hours most are asleep. Through this work he has saved many lives and formed lasting friendships. In an interview with him, he disclosed the hardest thing to do was to find dads willing to lay down their lives to help these kids. Nesbitt is on a mission to expand this vision and train dad “coaches” to be able to help guide these kids to a better life through laying down their own lives as an example. He said, “We don’t preach to them, we’re just dads that care and our life is the example, we’re out there for them. I watch kids change all the time. They start out edgy and untrusting but have so much love and need a place to vent it that is healthy; where better than to a God-loving dad. Most of these kids have never had the opportunity to experience this. That’s the Father heart of God. He loves these kids.”

Ambassador Rivers commented, “World Peace Ambassador Paul Nesbitt has one of the kindest hearts I have every met. He is truly passionate about treating these kids the way he would want to be treated, with dignity and respect and most of all the love of God. It was a privilege honoring him with this Global Award. Welcome Ambassador Nesbitt.”
